- Your privacy is very important to us. Your account created on CR360 is secured through encryption and data is kept confidentially behind firewalls.
- Assessment results are only visible to the Mentee / student and Coach that assigned the assessment unless assessment is self-generated by Mentee.
- Mentees can view feedback quantitatively and qualitatively provided by the Manager (not anonymous) when that rater is used.
- All categories except Manager have a minimum of 2 responders in each category and the data is displayed as average with anonymous comments.
- We strongly believe in data security and privacy, your personal data will not be visible or shared with anyone, including our team members.
- Data at an aggregate level will be used in research. Personal data will be separated from assessment data for research purposes.
