Our Story
Welcome to Adaptive Career Ready 360 (CR360), the affordable 360-feedback assessment based skills development platform for businesses of all sizes. Our assessments are based on proven psychological theories and practices and provide a comprehensive analysis of an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as their potential for growth and development. The platform has been designed to provide a comprehensive self-paced leadership development that uses technology on the foundation of newer learning theories. The platform and assessments are the result of a rigorous scientific research project conducted during a Ph.D. program at the University of North Texas (UNT) with Drs. Scott Warren, Karen Johnson, Kathy Norris, Deborah Cockerham, Dr. Zain Ali (Texas Christian University), and Dr. Lin Lin (Southern Methodist University).
At CR360, we recognized that 360-feedback based assessments are commonly used by senior executives at 90% of the Fortune 500 companies but often too costly for leaders below the executive suite or small and medium-sized businesses. That’s why we believe that all leaders and companies, regardless of level or size, should have access to the benefits of assessment based leadership development. As part of the research at UNT, we created a mission to democratize the leadership development process by creating a AI enabled platform that makes assessments easy to use, affordable, and accessible, making them an ideal solution for businesses looking to improve their leadership development at all levels of the organization.
